Summary

Metrics Coordinator II is responsible for tracking and publishing the metrics for existing HP locations via current metrics tools as well as for maintaining, upgrading, and developing new features and functionalities to existing and/or new database upon business units needs.

Essential Functions

  • Metrics:Publish Metrics to senior level management internally and externally to customer.Maintain several metrics based files. (Metrics database, KPI Scorecard, TV Display Metrics, Warehouse Index / OEE Index)Responsible for tracking any existing/new metrics that are implementedPublish, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reportsProvide any requested data on demand in various formats (raw numbers, charts, presentations)Develop faster and more accurate methods of data collection for the metrics

  • Data Tool Development:Development of tools, procedures, and spreadsheets that automate and aide in daily operating procedures to reduce time and human error or to make more intuitive

Additional Responsibilities

  • This position occasionally requires walking onto the warehouse floor which required the use of steel-toed shoes

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment

  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required Excel and Access based classes or classes in basic programming

  • Associate's degree preferred in Information Systems/Computer Programming

  • Three (3) years or more advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications required

  • Three (3) years or more advanced reporting applications (Crystal Report, Toad) and data extraction/manipulation experience preferred
