  • You can work flexible hours around your school schedule. Our branches are open roughly 8-5 Monday- Friday

  • This position can move to permanent or Full-Time. Depending upon graduation date and availability, you could be moved into our Management Trainee Program (Bachelor’s Degree required)

Job Summary

The Intern will work with front line sales agents & Senior Managers for the rental of vehicles to the Company's current lease and commercial rental accounts, as well as potential commercial rental customers and consumer household needs. This allows the Intern to gain experience working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management while developing excellent customer communication skills. This role is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit giving you real business experience. There’s never a dull moment… In this role, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills and resources while in addition to developing your business skills & interpersonal skills.  This is an essential industry and we’ve been in the game since 1933!

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Preference for experience showing leadership capabilities

  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)Personal initiative, ability to present and effectively interact with all levels of management and customers

  • Demonstrates analytical skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to support multiple projects

  • Ability to display confidence in learning new systems and processes quickly and establishing a strong customer rapport

  • Strong PC skills (Windows, MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel) intermediate required

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required

  • Strong PC skills (MS Office, MS Excel) intermediate required
