Job Description :

Job Overview: We are seeking a proficient ServiceNow Developer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing ServiceNow forms, reviewing and optimizing existing forms, and implementing improvements. You will be responsible for leveraging API calls to integrate with various systems, with a strong emphasis on directory services such as Active Directory (AD), Azure, Okta, and others. Additionally, the role will involve developing front and back-end components connected to a blended technology stack, with a focus on interconnecting these ServiceNow functions into security systems. Experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint and Okta is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and improve ServiceNow forms and workflows.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure, Okta) and other third-party systems using REST APIs.

  • Develop front and back-end components connected to a blended technology stack and focus on integrating ServiceNow functions into security systems.

  • Collaborate with the security team to develop and enhance the security catalog, addressing backlog items.

  • Assist in ticket trending and reporting, ensuring accurate and useful data presentation.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user guides.

  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in ServiceNow development and data handling.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow performance, functionality, and integrations.

  • Create and manage workflows and automated processes using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.

  • Build and customize UI components (UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, etc.).

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations, including upgrades.

Abilities:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Custom Application, Reporting, and Integrations.

  • Strong experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure, Okta) and integrating them into ServiceNow.

  • Expertise in integrating with third-party systems using REST APIs.

  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong technical knowledge in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Experience with security catalog development and automation workflows.

  • Experience developing front and back-end components in a blended technology stack.

  • Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user guides.

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, Implementation Specialist) preferred.

  • Knowledge of IGA tools like SailPoint and Okta is a plus but not required.

  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in ServiceNow development and data handling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Engineering or related field

  • Master's degree preferred in Computer Science or related field

  • Three (3) years or more Transportation Management and/or Distribution Management Technology preferred

  • Seven (7) years or more Software Development required

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type :

Salaried

Minimum Pay Range:

$80,000.00

Maximum Pay Range:

$100,000.00
