The Project Management Intern will work with a great team that has a lot of disruptive / innovative ideas to improve the Delivery Management & Enablement model. If the candidate is a fast learner, has a strong desire to learn more about IT project / product management and transformational type initiatives, this is the team to join.


  • Support the delivery and execution of projects / products within the Enterprise Delivery Management team

  • Participate in transformational initiatives / deliverables to help drive / change the way Delivery Management functions from a day-to-day perspective


  • Performs other duties as assigned.

H.S. diploma/GED - High School Diploma or equivalent required

Actively pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering preferred – additional technical majors or business major with technical concentration may be applicable


  • 0 to One (1) year Educational/work experience related to technology


  • Organizational Change: support driving cultural change and improve operational performance in an efficient/effective manner

  • Communications: strong interpersonal, verbal/communication, and listening skills with ability to work with different levels in the organization

  • Team-oriented and social

  • Team Building: has essential skills and attributes to maximize individual contribution and engagement, while supporting a high-performance/motivated team environment

  • Disruptor: willing to challenge the status quo and existing processes with alternative solutions that are conducive to the transformation strategy


  • Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project

  • Project Management Methodologies, Frameworks and Tools: PPM tool - PlanView, Azure Dev Ops (ADO) / VSTS, Agile, PMI, Scale, etc.

  • General knowledge of the operations of a business – required

This internship will pay:

$18/hr. for students currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree

$20/hr. for students enrolled in a Master’s degree
