Summary
The HR Analytics Consultant will play a pivotal role in consulting and collaborating with business leaders and HR stakeholders to analyze and interpret data. This individual will provide actionable insights to support decision-making, policy formulation, workforce planning, and other HR functions. This individual will act as a key liaison between HR and the HR Analytics & Reporting Team, ensuring data-driven solutions are tailored to business needs. Additionally, they will provide regular reporting, identify data patterns and trends, and offer project support on various HR initiatives.

Essential Functions
Act as a consultant for business leaders and HR stakeholders by meeting regularly to understand business requirements, asking insightful questions to clarify goals, and recommending relevant metrics and data points.
Partner with stakeholders to identify trends, present findings, and recommend strategies that inform HR policies and initiatives.
Support reporting needs across all HR functions by configuring new reports, troubleshooting existing ones, and advising on optimal reporting solutions within Workday.
Facilitate the HR data lifecycle by gathering and preparing data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, and presenting findings through visualization techniques (e.g., charts, graphs) and advanced statistical analyses (e.g., regression, correlation).
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide ongoing support for HR projects, including scheduling, task tracking, and reporting on relevant trends.
Develop and maintain regular reporting processes (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to ensurekey stakeholders remain informed about workforce trends and metrics .

Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics,MIS).
At least 2 years of experience collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting analyses to leadership and HR stakeholders
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Preferred :
Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology or a related field.
Experience running reports in Workday
Workday Report Writer experience (e.g., custom reports, calculated fields)

Compensation Information :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.
Compensation ranges for the position are below:
Pay Type :
Salaried
Minimum Pay Range:
$70,000
Maximum Pay Range:
$85,000
The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
