Intern – Organizational Design & Change Management Analyst
JOB SUMMARY
Jump start your IT career with Ryder Systems, Inc.! Ryder’s Information Technology organization is strategically focused on growing the supply chain and transportation businesses through new technology-driven solutions that focus on optimizing transportation and supply chain networks.
The Organizational Design & Change Management Analyst Intern will work with the lean-agile transformation team to help design and implement a more effective product management operational model. The intern will review current organizational structure of product teams, analyze and provide recommendations on process around ways of working, curate communication and change management strategy to sustain organizational transformation, and deliver recommendations and tactical plans to technology leadership stakeholders. The intern will learn about what it takes to stand-up, mobilize, and operate a high performing product team. He or she will get to work with the Lean-Agile Transformation Office on improving the organization, processes, and tools that are critical to product management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and/or update presentations based on discussions
Assist with communication plans for transformation initiative (Lighthouse)
Assist with skillset analysis and documentation
Help create a yearly training program
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
H.S. diploma/GED - High School Diploma or equivalent required
Actively pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree focus on organization design and organizational transformation preferred –. Additional technical majors or business majors with technical concentration may be applicable.
EXPERIENCE
0 to One (1) year Educational/work experience related to technology
Basic research and analytical skills
Experience collaborating and working as part of a team
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Great written communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoints skills
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Ability to work independently and as member of a team
Must be responsible and dependable
KNOWLEDGE
- General knowledge of the operations of a business – required
Intern will work onsite at our Miami HQ office once a week.
