As a Scrum Master Intern, you will support Agile development teams by facilitating Scrum processes and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and practices. You will work closely with a Product Owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Agile project management and develop your skills in a real-world setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog refinements and retrospectives).
Help remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
Support the team in meeting sprint goals.
Promote a collaborative and productive team environment.
Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
Assist in tracking and reporting on team progress and performance metrics.
Provide support and coaching to team members on Agile practices.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or Business related Required
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in Agile project management Preferred
Skills and Abilities
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and adaptability to new challenges
Organization: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Teamwork: Work effectively in a team environment
Communication: Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello)
Basic understanding of software development methodologies
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Compensation Information :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

$20.00
