This position is set up to ensure that projects receive the required attention at the appropriate level. Key individuals are temporarily assigned to Executive sponsored project/special assignments, as it relates to Maintenance Inititaives.

Essential Functions

  • This position will have responsibility for delivering on maintenance initiative targets through the development of processes, building and management of team of agents and analysis/presentation of results.

  • Responsible for driving all aspects of Outside Repair. This will include cost management, tracking, and delivery of savings for the organization commensurate with set targets.

  • Review and analyze all metrics surrounding cost, process and savings with Ryder FMS’ outside repair.

  • Develop process improvements and focal areas to deliver on maintenance initiative targets.

  • Build team and manage individuals for continued growth and development within the group.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or equivalent work experience required

  • Ten (10) years or more of demonstrated consecutive Operations, Maintenance, strategy implementation and/or team leadership in prior roles.

Colorado and NY applicants - Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000. Salaries may be supplemented with a bonus as applicable and/or as business conditions allow.
