SUMMARY

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving new business for COOP by Ryder, the sharing platform for commercial vehicles in their assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting for new business over the phone to a defined group of prospects to generate new customers for COOP by Ryder

  • Manage a book of business to generate repeat business from existing COOP customers through phone and email engagements

  • Generation activity to highlight key areas of interest. Setup follow-up activities to keep prospects engaged

  • Load all customer interactions into CRM and setup proper follow-up activities for optimum account conversion

  • Guide interested prospects through a platform demo. Use customer knowledge gained through lead

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree Sales/Marketing/Transportation or related.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in customer service, commercial vehicle or car rental sales.

  • At lest two (2) years of experience in a business development position preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.

  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management.

  • High energy, self-directed, self motivated and able to work as part of a team.
