Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst leads processes to include the development of planning, evaluation and assessment of corporate initiatives, analysis and proposal of strategic alternatives to enhance Ryder's market position.
Essential Functions
Responsible for supporting the management in a department lead processes to include the development of planning, evaluation and assessment of corporate initiatives and analysis
Responsible for proposal of strategic alternatives to enhance Ryder’s market position
Provide actionable competitive analysis and insights to feed strategy development and facilitate tactical decision-making, periodic and ad-hoc analysis and reporting
Provide on-going business analysis to develop recommendations for alternative scenarios surrounding profit improvement and shareholder value creation
Additional Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in related field
MBA preferred
Five (5) years or more post MBA preferred
Five (5) years or more experience in a corporate Finance Department within a Fortune 500 Company or consulting firm preferred
This position supports our Supply Chain Solutions Sales Team.
Salesforce (SFDC) experience necessary. Power BI and/or Tableau experience is preferred

Compensation Information :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.
Compensation ranges for the position are below:
Pay Type :
Salaried
Minimum Pay Range:
75000
Maximum Pay Range:
90000
The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
