Salary : 50k-51k/yr

Schedule : Monday - Friday (Working remotely and traveling at the end of the quarters)

Summary

The Supply Management Supervisor oversees all Parts Coordinators and Parts Runners. They ensure good coordination and communication with vendors, inventory control, and other functions to optimize the supply of parts to the Maintenance Specialists. The Supply Management Supervisor is responsible for any escalation of parts and problem solves any parts issues that may arise. The Supply Management Supervisor will also maintain asset control measures

Essential Functions

  • Oversee the day-to-day responsibilities and duties of the Parts Coordinators and Parts Runners

  • Ensure direct reports productivity and performance standards are maintained and maximized.

  • Evaluate performance variances, develop corrective action plans with Manager when needed, and develop direct reports goals based on annual reviews.

  • Monitor daily and weekly parts and asset processes, core returns, and ordering trends. Ensure continuous improvement on key metrics. Ensure Parts Coordinators are conducting maintenance audits at locations and on in Torque Trucks.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all parts purchasing and asset management policies and procedures.

  • Resolve and manage Operations and CSA inquiries and complaints. Ensure excellent quality of service is provided to the Operations and CSA teams.

  • Create and maintain an environment that promotes positive communications and fosters teamwork

  • Establish direct reports work schedules, assignments, performance actions, hiring & termination decisions

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Collaborate with the Operations & CSA teams to create, improve, and refine processes

  • Provide job knowledge and directions to the Parts Coordinators and Parts Runners

  • Monitors direct reports day-to-day productivity to ensure quality work

  • Identify and resolve issues with part orders that may impact the operations team’s productivity

  • Ensures that the Parts Coordinators and Parts Runners are engaged and focused on key duties

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred Business Administration or similar field, or equivalent work experience

  • Three (3) years or more Parts Experience / Ordering & Purchasing required

  • Two (2) years or more Supervisory or Lead experience required

  • Personnel/Managerial Skills intermediate required

  • Parts Experience (Parts Purchasing/Ordering & Parts inventory) intermediate required

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.

Compensation ranges for the position are below:

The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
