Summary
This Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support as part of the corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team and reports to the Group Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis

Essential Functions
The financial and analytical support encompasses a potential broad range of financial and business analysis including but not limited to:
Manage the monthly close and bi-monthly forecast consolidation process, including trend analysis, variance explanations of business performance and preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board of directors
Development of Strategic Plan, Business Plan and Forecasts in conjunction with assigned corporate functional teams
Financial modeling of strategic initiatives including development of capital requests for functional business initiatives
Manage the implementation and communication of corporate financial objectives within the supported corporate functional teams
Other financial analysis of corporate initiatives as required by the CFO and/or Controller, or corporate functional leadership teams
Provide corporate financial support for projects requested by the Group Director, CFO or senior management on as needed basis.
There will be a high level of interaction, up to executive levels within various internal organizations
Additional Responsibilities

Qualifications
Seven (7) years or more Finance/Business experience with progressive levels required
Five (5) years or more management experience required
Master's degree preferred
Applicants from California, Colorado, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York City & Washington:
Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $88k to $125k.
Salaries may be supplemented with a bonus as applicable and/or as business conditions allow.
