Ryder System HR Employee Services - Data Administration Representative in FRANKLIN, Tennessee

Position Description

The HR Employee Services Data Administration Representative supports the Data Administration Supervisor by managing employee records, tracking action items, and providing process-related reports. Primarily responsible for supporting intake and resolution of HR transactions initiated via Workday and ServiceNow in accordance with the operations procedural documentation.

  • Anticipated start date: May 15, 2020

  • Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8am - 8pm EST

  • Staggered shifts and/or flexible scheduling may be available

  • Bilingual is a plus

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Associate's degree or equivalent level of Bachelors in HR preferred

  • One (1) year or more experience in HR or related field preferred

  • One (1) year or more experience in case management system(s) (e.g., ServiceNow; Salesforce, etc.) preferred

  • One (1) year or more experience in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle) preferred

  • Presents ideas and information to customers in a clear, concise manner, exhibiting exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Adapts communication style to different customer groups

  • Demonstrates attention to and actively strives for understanding of customers’ concerns and opinions

  • Illustrates ability to listen effectively to customer concerns and issues in order to provide applicable solutions

  • Creates an environment that encourages sharing of information within the team, by fostering open dialogue with team members

  • Demonstrates knowledge and comfort in use of computer technologies

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve critical transaction issues with the highest level of accuracy, accountability and reliability

  • Monitor and manage work queues in real time while maintaining service-level agreements

  • Escalate to and work closely with Functional Specialists to resolve complex transactions

  • Provide feedback on development procedures, standards control and updates

  • Performs other duties as assigned
