The Carrier Development and Procurement Manager will support our Freight Brokerage Business vertical by managing a team responsible for identifying and building strong business relationships with outside carriers. The ideal candidate will have a strong and proven background in Carrier Development & Procurement, Carrier Qualification & Vetting, Carrier Relations and own the procurement and qualification tools required for this role.

H.S. diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
