SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant I will handle a variety of tasks including administrative support to department staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supporting technology delivery teams
Managing calendars for Vice President of Fms/css technology delivery team
Setting up meetings within Technology group and with business leaders
Assist teams with IT access and other equipment/supply needs
Manage tasks for resources in Microsoft teams
Responsible for documenting decisions and action items in Microsoft teams
Make sure timesheets approval completion on Mondays
Keep the onboarding introduction presentation up to date
Create PowerPoint presentations for key meetings
Coordinate and assemble Monthly strategy meetings with directors and managers
Coordinate and assist in hosting the quarterly town-hall
Help with onboarding new employees
Expense report processing

Skills & Abilities
Demonstrates proficient problem solving skills, particularly within systems
Ability to work within tight timeframes, meet strict deadlines and react swiftly to requests
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Ability to work independently and as a member of a Team
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Detail oriented with follow-up practices
Understanding and maintaining confidential information
Knowledge
Intermediate Excel, Word, Access, and Microsoft Office.
Technology experience is a huge plus!
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
Minimum of 1 year of prior administrative experience required
