  • Paid Twice Per Month

  • Annual Salary Pay: $67,000 per year based on experience.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

SUMMARY

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned enhancement projects ensuring goals, objectives and outcomes are aligned with Ryder strategy, commitment, and budget. Plans and evaluates all of the enhancement projects' activities. Focus on cross border projects between U.S and Mexico.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage portfolio with multiple enhancement projects at a time. Constantly maintains pipeline and appraises functional team of upcoming projects.

Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of assigned enhancement projects.

Develops full scale project plans. Defines project tasks, resource requirements, and facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Forecast requirements and prepares budgets.

Presents reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions. Manages project budget, schedules, and timelines. Constantly monitors and reports on the progress of the project stakeholders. Manages project performance, minimizes project risks, and establishes and maintains good relationship with all project members and stakeholders.

Evaluates and assesses project results.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

U.S.\bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, information technology, or similar field. Or, additional four (4) years of required experience.

EXPERIENCE

Three (3) years or more experience in project management

SKILLS

Bilingual (English/ Spanish) required.

Project management skills.

Ability to listen, write, and speak effectively. Inform, explain, and give instructions.

Ability to quickly respond to changing assignments, work settings and priorities.

Ability to manage conflict and reconcile differences.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.

Ability to be comfortable and effective with issues that lack clarity, structure or certainty.

Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).

Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines.

Ability to work with others to obtain results.

Ability to define goals and objectives, schedule and develop projects or programs.

Ability to design, plan, organize, and implement projects and tasks within an allotted timeframe.

Ability to find solutions to problems using creativity, reasoning, and past experiences along with the available information and resources.

Ability to prioritize, structure and schedule tasks to maximize effort and meet deadlines.

Ability to present information and ideas clearly and understandably to others.

KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of all aspects of project management including but not limited to theory, practical aspects, techniques and tool, intermediate level.

Knowledge of setting and managing budgets; intermediate level.

Knowledge of project management software; beginner level.

Knowledge of strategic planning, risk management, and change management, beginner level.
