The position will be responsible for ensuring that the COOP application is easy for our target customers to use and that the experience is automated to its full capacity while still creating a positive user experience. When handoff from online to a support or sales person is needed this role will help ensure that the experience is seamless for the user and the outcome is a positive customer experience with COOP. In addition, they will monitor UX trends as well as keep an eye on specific competitors in the marketplace to ensure our product is meeting customer expectations and surpassing competitive offerings. They will ensure that our online help center supports the greatest amount of self-service possible for each customer segment. The role will work closely with the Voice of the Customer team and development team to recommend, review and approve UX feature enhancements for the COOP application for all customer segments.

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, a self-starter, reliable, creative, analytical, able to work independently and on a team, possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), be well organized, and an excellent multitasker. The candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible to pivot to meet business needs.


  • Work with VOC team and the development team to define the roadmap, goals and metrics for the COOP application

  • Assist the development team in conducting UX testing for large projects

  • Understand pain points and create simple solutions

  • Validate ideas by conducting research, performing experiments and analyzing the results

  • Create and monitor customer journeys for each customer segment

  • Make data-informed decisions to improve the quality and direction of our products

  • Work with designers and engineers to define product requirements and then lead those teams to deliver

  • Collaborate with other teams, sometimes across different time zones, to deliver projects spanning multiple teams’ areas

  • Communicate well and influence colleagues and executives


Performs other duties as assigned


Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.


  • Five (5) years or more experience marketing with product management experience building consumer-facing products

  • Five (5) years or more experience working with cross functional teams


  • Verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience

  • Experience in A/B testing or data-driven product development

  • Demonstrated experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to plan and prioritize ideas

  • Deep understanding of web technologies

  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams, comfortable managing communications across multiple channels (email, Slack, Zoom, etc.) and geographies to get people aligned and get things done

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leadership

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

  • Design or user experience background strongly preferred

  • Prior entrepreneurial/start-up experience strongly preferred

certifications, etc.

The salary for this position ranges from $90K to $110k
