SUMMARY

The CRM Coordinator will lead ongoing development of our salesforce.com deployment and ensure we are maximizing efficiency as well as capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. This person will have excellent technical and communication skills wand can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. Will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keeping current on new releases and AppExchange solutions and provide training. Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users and adding basic custom fields.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Serve as primary system administrator for the Saleforce.com environment with 225 users

Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, workflows, configurations and other salesforce.com objects and functions

Proactively gather feedback from users and then coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.

Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed

Train new users internally and externally

Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance

Proactively check with leadership to identify any internal or external trends in customer/client issues.

Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate cases, contacts or accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required; removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow

Develop complex, macro driven reports to summarize information (combining Salesforce and Power BI) for senior managment

Be the company SME on Salesforce.com

EDUCATION

H.S. diploma/GED

EXPERIENCE

One (1) year or more experience 1-2 years related experience

SKILLS

Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.

Demonstrates problem solving skills.

Project management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

KNOWLEDGE

Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) ; intermediate level.

Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including Salesforce reporting functionality; intermediate level.
