The Senior Pricing Analyst will be responsible for pricing strategy formulation, business and financial support and analysis for development, maintenance and testing of the Dedicated Pricing Team. The position will be responsible for completing and coordinating pricing activities in support of global vertical activities, including pricing deals for various product lines transportation management and dedicated contract carriage.

Develop financial and scenario analyses for pricing system costing updates, new product initiatives, and various special projects
Work with the Senior Manager Pricing and IT Project Manager to develop system testing procedures and user acceptance testing for the pricing system/models
Provides financial support to ensure Ryder sell profitable deals that meet or exceed company determined hurdle rates
Assesses and incorporates risks into pricing models - able to assist team in identifying risks and how to mitigate through pricing strategy
Helps structure the financial aspects of a deal
Performs accurate and meaningful analysis
Provides financial and general business support to the sales and operations teams in support of collective business development efforts
Credibly represents finance and participates in internal and external meetings.
Delivers well documented, timely and complete customer pricing deliverables (i.e. pricing template, pricing assumptions, ) Enforces the various costing/pricing processes and corporate guidelines
Develops and manages relationships with the Ryder Field organization and other HQ groups
Actively engages the Ryder team and/or functional experts
Contributes in team meetings and calls with valuable and well-timed comments.
Uses concise and effective written and verbal communication skills
Engages team beyond own pricing projects and assignments
Ensure compliance to approved processes. Works with team to develop and present bids and solutions to customers as necessary.
Reviewing, interpreting and implementing details of DTS/TM contracts as pertains to billing and related payroll
Responsible for analyzing and understanding payroll and billing rates for DTS operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Advance in Microsoft Excel
Power BI knowledge is a plus
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Business, Engineering or related field experience (MBA preferred)
Three (3) years or more experience accounting, finance, business
Three (3) years or more experience Project Management experience preferred
Five (5) years or more in supply chain industry experience preferred
