Position Description

The Vehicle Sales Management Trainee position is designed to provide incumbents general Asset Management training and Vehicle Sales training. In addition, specific training in the areas of Rental, Finance, Operations, HR, and Sales & Marketing will be included in the program.

This is a yearlong Managment Trainee role with relocation necessary at the end of the year.

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience will be considered

Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management

  • They will primarily support the Vehicle Sales Managers in achievement of all location sales quotas, goals and objectives

  • In addition, the incumbent will: call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within a specific territory, use constant aggressive telephone marketing skills, maintain contacts with existing customers to improve retention, keeps current on market and customer trends, and develop and implement strategies necessary to improve sales performance

  • Individuals need to be willing to relocate within their geographic territory at the end of the program

  • This program is fast paced and touches every aspect of the business unit

  • This position is designed to be completed within 12-18 months

  • Upon completion, trainees should move into an open Asset Management or Vehicle Sales position
