Summary
The HR Program Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of assigned projects in partnership with a distributed team of highly skilled HR Business Partners. The HR Program Manager brings well-developed program management skills, combined with a deep understanding of organizational change. The HR Program Manager will be responsible for program management, development and execution of different bench strength, employee engagement and employee development programs for the field organization across all divisions. In this role, the incumbent will have the opportunity to own and execute high impact strategic, cross functional, cross divisional initiatives in an ever changing and fast-paced environment. The incumbent will lead projects that provide high value & impact to the business. Success in this role will include creating and implementing robust planning, prioritization, execution, and sustainment mechanisms.

Essential Functions
This role will develop, execute, and deliver on detailed plans, driving multiple projects simultaneously, and communicating on status, risks, and process changes.
Develop comprehensive programs and strategies designed to improve retention, maximize engagement, develop bench strength and foster employee growth/development
Prioritize multiple projects, manage risks, communicate and deliver results in a systematic manner using project management tools and methodologies.
Evaluate existing programs and processes that are managed by the field human resources department, and develop and implement new and redefined programs/processes that help achieve major HR goals
Share best practices with field human resources team
Partner cross-functionally with field operations and other various departments on projects
Deliver communication and change management tools to ensure the success of new programs and initiatives
Work with HR analytics to report and measure the ROI of different programs and initiatives
Provide the HRBP team with presentations so that they can drive the execution of different programs locally
Partner with teams (project team/recruiting/ops/etc.) to identify a program(s) to help create structure around the needed pipeline for growth, retention, and new business.
Partner with HRBP’s to deliver and help guide HR best practices cross divisionally

Proven track record of progressive HR experience required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
Five (5) years or more HR experience required
Proven track record of progressive HR experience required

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market
data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or
certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $80K to $100K
