Job Description :
Summary
The purpose of the Manager Warranty Systems position is to:
1- Develop and maintain a dependable warranty processing system ,
2- Maximize warranty recovery,
3- Be the recognized Warranty Process Expert,
4- Initiate and manage on-going integrations of multiple vendor system required changes,
5- Eliminate inefficient manual processes.
Essential Functions
Manage Functional Design, Development and Implementation of Replacement Warranty System.
Provide Business Process leadership to Development and Implementation Project team as the Business Process Expert for all user levels of the Warranty Process to include all warranty repair, claim, management, reporting and accounting functions
Identify, coach and mentor Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), coordinating SME project involvement and validating SME deliverables
Validate Ryder IT and software supplier deliverables
Develop system-to-system interface strategies between the warranty system and 120 active manufacturer warranty systems
Manage system training development and implementation for all users on an on-going basis. Support field training as needed. Manage system change and upgrade requests with 120 active suppliers, initiating projects as required to enable the company to company warranty process
Maintain implemented warranty system to include troubleshooting, system upgrades, interface changes and validation testing. Coordinate and maintain the 4CS iWarranty support relationship
Monitor/approve all system software configuration and changes to production environment review/approve job testing. Coordinate program changes to production environment
Manage multiple supplier configuration projects of 90 days duration concurrently through project planning, design, initiation, implementation and control phases
Create and maintain system documentation/standard operating procedures. identify report needs and design management reports as required
Manage system access to include access requests for internal and external users, new users, terminated employee status changes and changes to access for all Warranty Department systems

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems or 10 years Systems Support and Development experience
Ten (10) years or more experience in one or more System Implementations or System Replacements required

Performs other duties as assigned.
Position is Bonus Eligible.

Compensation Information :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
