Summary
The Manager Finance will provide financial analysis, planning, and data mining support for Fleet Management Solutions (FMS). The candidate will directly support FP&A Finance and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver results. Candidate must be inquisitive, collaborative, accurate, and efficient to ensure leadership receives informative and timely financial reports and analyses.

Analytical Review
Review financial and operational results
Comparison of Actual results to Budget and/or Forecast
Assist with closing books
Financial Reporting
Financial integrity of results
Coordination between Headquarters and Field
Develop Board of Directors (BOD) and earnings material
Financial presentations for c-level leadership
Planning
Monthly forecasting
Annual planning
Five-year strategic planning
Additional Responsibilities
Consolidate, prepare, and analyze financial data to understand cause-and-effect relationships and identify drivers. Candidate will be expected to perform a broad spectrum of analyses which will require data gathering and extraction from various sources
Present close results, operational data, and forecasts in written and verbal formats to senior leadership
Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership
Participate in various miscellaneous projects as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Advanced computer/spreadsheet knowledge (Excel)advanced required
Advanced knowledge of financial concepts and principles such as operating margin, EBT, cash flow, balance sheet, cost of capital, depreciation, ROE, etc.
Working knowledge of computer programming, including SQL, Visual Basic, relational database design a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance
MBA or Master's degree preferred in Accounting or Finance
5 to 7 years or more managing Finance and Accounting (including Financial Analysis and Planning, Financial Reporting) required
5 to 7 years or more Financial Management experience in a large organization preferred
Advanced computer/spreadsheet knowledge (Excel) advanced level required
