This Director Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support for the Global Supply Chain Solutions and Dedicated Transportation Solutions business units. This position reports to the Group Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis with dotted line reporting to the CFO of Global Supply Chain Solutions.


Essential Functions

The financial and analytical support encompasses a potential broad range of financial and business analysis including but not limited to:

  • Manage the monthly close and bi-monthly forecast consolidation process, including trend analysis and variance explanations of business performance

  • Development of Strategic Plan and Business Plan in conjunction with Field Finance teams

  • Financial modeling of strategic initiatives including development of capital requests for SCS/DTS business initiatives

  • Manage the implementation and communication of corporate financial objectives within the supported business units

  • Support M&A due diligence efforts and support execution and integration of strategic acquisitions

  • Other financial analysis of SCS/DTS division initiatives as required by the President and/or CFO of Global Supply Chain Solutions, or Field Finance Director peers

  • Provide corporate financial support for projects requested by the Group Director, CFO or senior management on as needed basis.

  • There will be a high level of interaction, up to executive levels within various internal organizations

Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices


Ten (10) years or more Finance/Business experience with progressive levels required

Ten (10) years or more experience in Supply Chain preferred

Ten (10) years or more management experience required

Master's degree preferred
