Ryder System Warranty Research Assistant in ALPHARETTA, Georgia

Position Description

The Warranty Research Assistant provides support to an assigned group of Warranty Claim Processors, by gathering information requiired to make claim determination or process a warranty claim.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Clerical experience required

  • Excellent clerical and organizatonal skills, computer skills, and Microsoft Excel experience

Responsibilities

  • Issuing additional information requests to Ryder locations

  • Following up on requests via email and phone

  • Maintaining organized files

  • Tracking in-bound emails

  • Following all requests to a final status and returning to processor

  • Researching vehicle and repair information

  • Special projects

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position assists a group of Warranty claims processors in gathering information needed to write or make a warranty determination for a Warranty claim.
