The Sr. Manager Product - Customer Product Delivery will be responsible for driving the implementation of the product with our internal operations teams as well as the external customer. This position will require a deep understanding of the technologies both used by the customer as well as source systems, and will use that knowledge to build requirements based on persona usage and delivering customer value


  • Assessment of customers’ businesses and how they will utilize the technology for requirements gathering purposes

  • Establish and set up the internal and external customer environment

  • Collects feedback on opportunities to improve functionality based on interaction with the customers and internal teams. Prioritizes features to be included on next release.

  • Creates and manages project plan for deployments

  • Conducts platform trainings for internal and external customers and works closely with customer success managers to ensure smooth transition


Bachelor's degree Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Master's degree MBA preferred. preferred.


Eight (8) years or more experience 8+ years combined experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, System Analysis and Product Management.

experience Strong IT background experience.

experience Exposure to Strategic Planning and Analysis preferred. preferred

Understanding Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) process preferred.; intermediate level; preferred.

Fleet/Transportation industry knowledge preferred.; intermediate level; preferred.

Project and/or Product Management knowledge preferred.; intermediate level; preferred.

Strong use of Project Management methodologies as well as IT systems knowledge and a broad functional knowledge of various Ryder FMS products.; advanced level.
