Job Summary

A Robotic Process Automation (RPA) engineer II will manage, support and maintain RPA platforms, systems and software that is leveraged to create and deploy automated business processes. This individual will be part of the team that is responsible for building, configuring and maintaining the underlying infrastructure that supports RPA development. He or she will work closely with the enterprise automation Center of Excellence (CoE) and the RPA development teams to coordinate testing and deployment of bots to production environment. This individual will collaborate with RPA process analysts/modelers and other developers to implement RPA solutions and development of best practices. He or she will be responsible for change and release management of the bots developed in the organization. He or she will assist with trouble shooting technical issues in the production environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and maintain

Standardized change management, deployment & release management

Security policies and practices, coding standards and best practices

Build and maintain RPA platforms and related infrastructure

Manage bot deployment to production environment

Perform Process feasibility, technical feasibility and vetting the design and code reviews

Conduct research Perform trouble shooting, technical support to CoE and development teams

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate and establish standards and frameworks for RPA solutions

Support federated developers across the organization

Create and manage bot value metrics

Education

Bachelor's Degree: Business, Engineering, Technology or a relevant degree

Experience

2 years or more: Experience in Software Development Life Cycle

1 year or more: Experience in automating processes using RPA software (Kofax Kapow/Blueprism/UIPath/Automation Anywhere)

Skills and Abilities

Experience in creating and managing Kofax RPA platform

Understanding of RPA bot deployment practices

Has familiarity in troubleshooting platform and infrastructure issues

Experience in developing bots using Kapow and/or UIPath software

Experience in working with enterprise development teams

Proactively seeks ways to improve personal and organizational effectiveness to meet current and future business needs. Learns equally from successes and failures
