Ryder System Inside Sales: Inside Account Manager in ALPHARETTA, Georgia
We are hiring FULL TIME Inside Account Managers to work full time Monday through Friday. You will be part of our Inside Sales team in Alpharetta, Georgia. You will be provided with a number of weeks of training to prepare you to provide a great customer experience and sharpen your sales skills.
This full time salaried "Farmer" sales role will have you selling Ryder products/services and contacting lease customers to sell renewals. Your job will be to grow an existing book of business.
This is a full time salaried role (45k) with commissions.

3-5 yrs successful sales experience
Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing or eight (8) years equivalent experience
Prior experience selling in a B2B environment required
Prior Inside Sales experience preferred
Prior experience selling in a B2B environment
Strong communication and customer relations skills
Demonstrate sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated, excellent closing skills
Good mathematical ability
Effective time and activity management skills
Mature and self confident with the ability to work under pressure
Must be goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas
Excellent systems literacy knowledge MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet
Ability to utilize keyboard/PC to capture in a dynamic way, customer discovery
Ability to prioritize work, with attention to detail
Organized with excellent time management skills
Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and product knowledge
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent systems literacy knowledge and skills MS Office and Internet
Able to work independently as well as with a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Have responsibility for revenue, quota, profit targets, and territory budget
Implement sales strategies/call prioritization to achieve revenue and targets
Initiate sales calls to existing customers within assigned territories
Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
Sell Ryder products/services such as RydeSmart, insurance, fuel services, DTS Lite, etc. Contact FMS lease customers (lease 3 trucks or fewer) and sell renewal business
