The Compliance Coordinator will contact customers to request missing trip record documents and provide fuel tax education.
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
Minimum of 2 (two) years of previous work experience required
Intermediate level skills with MS Windows such working with windows and its components, desktop, taskbar, start menu, minimize/maximize/close function, drag/drop, copy/paste, rename, delete, recycle bin, and my computer
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma plus occupational specific training
(Business school, computer training, junior college classes, etc), usually less than one year preferred
Customer service (phone contacts) experience, good verbal skills, problem solving, attention to detail
The ability to resolve problems that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles
The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
The ability to make decisions in absence of formal guidance or guidelines, and/or interpret guidelines for proper application
Contact customers to collect missing trip record documents
Contact customers and conduct fuel tax education
Research and analyze reports to identify customers with missing documents
Create Customer and BU reports (excel spreadsheets) Special requests for customers
