Summary
The Billing Coordinator II is responsible for: Becoming familiar with the organization's systems and making recommendations to modify or develop new procedures to meet specialized needs of the customers or business users. Resolve Salesforce Cases, create/ approve Invoice adjustments, and work Unmatched Fuel tickets daily. Excellent communication skills are needed in order to interface with operating locations, internal functional departments, and clients.
Essential Functions
Research and resolve Salesforce Cases
Research disputes and create Invoice adjustments
Approve Invoice adjustments submitted by others
Create and submit Journal Entries
Work Unmatched Fuel Tickets
Train as backup in the event another Billing Coordinator is out of the office
Communicate with field operations either via email or phone for clarification
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple task, and meet tight time lines
Computer literate with general knowledge of software to include Microsoft Office Suite required
Qualifications
H.S. diploma/GED required

Applicants from Colorado, New York. New Jersey, Connecticut and Washington State:
The hourly rate for this position is starting at $18 an hour
